The Villa Panoramica Apartments are located in Capoliveri, in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, on the road leading to the Mines and Mount Calamita, an ideal starting point for walks or mountain bike excursions.

Surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation and maritime pines, located in a quiet area in the green about 800 meters flat from the center (8/10 minutes walk), Villa Panoramica consists of two comfortable apartments. 

From its terraces, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the islands of Corsica and Pianosa and the Golfo Stella, the wide inlet on the southern side of the island, which is formed by the sunniest and most characteristic beaches of Capoliveri. In the evening the enchantment becomes even more beautiful thanks to the wonderful sunsets of our area.

Each fully and functionally furnished apartment has a kitchenette with column fridge, oven, cutlery, crockery and pots; TV; terrace furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs, parking space. Barbecue and bicycles (on request) are available for our guests.

Villa Panoramica 1 (55 sqm): Three-roomed apartment for 4 people (on request can be added 1 single bed in the living room), is located on the first floor and consists of double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Large terrace with sea view furnished with table, chairs and sunshades.

Villa Panoramica 2 (35 sqm): Two-roomed apartment for 4 people, is located on the ground floor and consists of living room with kitchen/dining area and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Large covered terrace with sea view furnished with table and chairs.

Nearby are the sandy beaches on the west side: Morcone 3 km away, Pareti 3.5 km away, Innamorata 4 km away
and the east side: Straccoligno 4 km away, Naregno 5 km away.
All are reachable in 10 minutes by car or in the period June/August in 10/15 minutes by shuttle bus that leaves from Piazza del Cavatore (8/10 minutes walk from the house).

The apartments are directly managed by the owners who live in an annexe on the ground floor and who ensure availability and assistance for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
