Surrounded by greenery, rosemary, jasmine and flowers of every kind, Oasi Fiorita is a small family-run residence. All apartments feature a furnished outdoor area and are comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. They include air conditioning, satellite TV, a safe and bed linen with weekly change.

The panoramic setting is breathtaking, with views stretching from Golfo Stella to Monte Capanne, and on clear days as far as Corsica. The property is located in the southern part of the Island of Elba, in the municipality of Capoliveri, in the locality of Pareti, just a short walk from the sea, where guests can enjoy a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature. The charming village of Capoliveri, one of the oldest and most picturesque on the island, is only a five-minute drive away (or about a 30-minute walk through stunning scenery).

The mild climate makes this area ideal for visiting even in spring and autumn, exploring some of Elba's most beautiful trekking and mountain bike routes, including the Punta Calamita Mines Trail and the Costa dei Gabbiani Nature Area. Thanks to heating, the apartments are also available during the winter months.
