The Geneva Apartment is located in Seccheto, western side of the island, in the field municipality in Elba and located 300 metres from the sea.

The apartment enjoys a wonderful view of the islands of Montecristo, Pianosa. In addition to the stunning sandy beach its seabeds are a paradise for tourists and divers.

A few metres from the apartment, in the centre of the village there are restaurants / pizzerias and bars, as well as a beach resort. There are also a mini market, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist and hardware. Casa Ginevra is managed directly by the owners who guarantee you a holiday in total relaxation.

It is rented weekly, from Sunday to Sunday. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests; it consists of a double bedroom equipped with TV and ceiling fan with the possibility of adding a cot or an open and close cot, a bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen, also equipped with TV, in which a double sofa bed is placed. The house consists of a large outdoor space with table and chairs and a beautiful sea view. To conclude the house is equipped with a washing machine, safe and private parking space adjacent to the house.

The house can also be rented out of season as it is equipped with a pellet stove.
