The Residence, set within a park of approximately 2.5 hectares, offers guests a 20 x 13 metre swimming pool, two tennis courts, a small children's playground and a bar.

The apartments are comfortably furnished and are all located on the ground floor. Each apartment features a small veranda, a private garden area, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Just 1,500 metres away, on the beach of Straccoligno, particularly suitable for children thanks to its sandy seabed, you will find our Bel Mare Restaurant with a large free parking area.

Davide, our lifeguard, will be waiting for you on the beach, where you can rent pedal boats, beach umbrellas, sunbeds and deck chairs from Easy Boat at special rates reserved for our guests.
