Beyond the charming village of Capoliveri, perched on a hill overlooking the beaches and picturesque hamlets of the southern coast of the Island of Elba, lies Punta Morcone, one of the sunniest and most beautiful areas of the island.

Here you will find the Residence Cala dei Peducelli.

Nestled in a beautiful south-west facing cove, sheltered from the coldest and strongest winds, the residence offers 10 welcoming apartments surrounded by a lush park. By enhancing the extraordinary beauty of the area and enriching it with plants from all over the world, one of the most charming gardens on Elba has been created, where nature, peace and relaxation blend together in perfect harmony. Carefully positioned throughout the property, the apartments enjoy breathtaking views over Golfo Stella and offer spectacular sunsets every evening.

Walking along the park's pathways, you will be surrounded by birdsong, the rustling of the mastic trees in the breeze and the soothing sound of the sea. At the heart of the garden is the swimming pool, framed by palm trees, agaves and numerous exotic plants that create a truly relaxing atmosphere.

The modern and functional apartments comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in the one-bedroom apartments and up to 5 guests in the two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment features air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, a safe and a furnished sea-view terrace.

The rates include covered parking, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen with weekly change, final cleaning, water, electricity and gas consumption, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and use of the swimming pool.

The private beach is approximately 250 metres from the Residence and can easily be reached on foot. Its use is not included in the accommodation price but is offered free of charge by the owners, subject to weather conditions and equipment availability. Each apartment is assigned one beach umbrella and two sun loungers.

Apartments are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival until 9:00 am on the day of departure. Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance.

Residence Cala dei Peducelli is easy to reach. Once you arrive in Capoliveri, follow the road towards Punta Morcone and look for the signs marked "R.T.A. Cala dei Peducelli". Simply follow them to reach the property.

Pets are accepted only upon prior approval by the Management. If accepted, they remain entirely under their owners' responsibility. For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or in the common areas.
