The Residence is located in the south-eastern part of the Island of Elba, at the foot of one of its most characteristic villages, Capoliveri, just 250 metres from the crystal-clear sea of Madonna delle Grazie, in an oasis of peace and tranquillity for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

The Residence offers 16 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments accommodating from 2 to 6 guests.
