Residence Vacanza Mare 2 is located on the Island of Elba, in the charming Gulf of Marina di Campo, approximately 150 meters from the wide sandy beach on one side and the beautiful rocky coastline on the other. It is also just a short distance from the town center, where you will find a wide variety of shops and many traditional restaurants serving authentic Elban cuisine.

Our panoramic holiday homes are arranged in terraced rows in a peaceful, green setting. Located on a gentle hillside in the upper part of the property, they are about 150–200 meters from the sea and enjoy a stunning panoramic view over the Gulf of Marina di Campo. They are conveniently close to the swimming pool and the children's play area.

The town center is approximately 1.5 km away and can easily be reached on foot, by bicycle using the cycling path or along the beach, or by car. We provide bicycles free of charge for our guests.

Within walking distance you will find a supermarket, diving center, tobacconist, bicycle, car and scooter rentals, as well as several restaurants and pizzerias.

The beach can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot or in less than a minute by bicycle.

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property.

Private parking is available for all guests.

Each apartment includes a beach umbrella and two sun loungers, which guests may use free of charge on the beach.
