Villa Miramare on the beach of Pareti in Island of Elba

Villa Miramare lies in a wonderful position in the Pareti bay, on the southern part of the island of Elba: in front of you the cristal clear sea, with direct access to the beach, framed by rocky cliffs protecting the villa from the dominent winds. This context will offer you a relaxing vacation in direct contact with the surrounding nature, but also to practice all watersports activities.

Each accommodation is equipped with kitchen, TV, private bathroom, air conditioning or ceiling fans, and mostly have a balcony with a terrace overlooking the sea; the others overlook the luxuriant Mediterranean scrub of the interior. The good, friendly and familiar atmosphere guarantee a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The Villa disposes of a sun terrace with umbrellas and deck chairs, a bar with TV, always open in order to offer you, even when you are on the beach, a snack or a cold drink. Very usefull: outside showers when you return from the beach. There is no traffic around the hotel and we have a private and free car park for our guests.  

Beachfront apartments on the Island of Elba

The apartments, which began to renovate in 2008, are all equipped with kitchen, TV, private bathroom, air conditioning or ceiling fans. Mostly they have a balcony / terrace overlooking the sea; the others overlook the lush Mediterranean scrub of the interior.

The good, friendly and familiar atmosphere guarantee a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

There is an additional paid private beach service with umbrellas, sunbeds and deck chairs, managed directly by the owners.

Pareti beach

The protected position, the services and the shallow sea of Pareti are ideal for families with children. The sandy beach is approx. 50 meters long and sunny from the morning until the evening. On both sides of the main beach you can find two smaller beaches that can be reached either walking over the cliffs or swimming.

In front of Pareti are lying the two small islands of Cerboli and Gemini and along the eastern coast line of the Monte Calamita, in a beautiful natural scenery, are situated some of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Unfortunately they can only be reached by boat.

Pareti is ideal for diving fans: nearby very famous diving places of the island of Elba.
