The DUNELBA APARTMENTS are part of a condominium with characteristic shapes, located under the typical pine forest of tall maritime pines. The 20 apartments are divided into 10 two-room apartments on the ground floor, which can accommodate up to 7 people, and 10 studio apartments on the first floor, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
All apartments are privately owned; not everyone rents and almost everyone also uses the apartments for their holidays. This explains why the furnishings and characteristics are different for each apartment, even if the management, entrusted to the Gestur s.r.l. company, guarantees the quality standard. The location of the building is unique, in front of the characteristic beach of Marina di Campo, the largest and best equipped on the island, sandy and slowly sloping and, therefore, very suitable for bathing even for children and elderly people with mobility difficulties. The sea can be reached thanks to an 80 m pedestrian road, all covered by the typical Tyrrhenian pine forest of maritime pines, in the eastern part of the large bay.
The beach is partly free and partly equipped. It is possible to rent deckchairs and umbrellas. For Dunelba guests there is an agreement with the nearby baths with discounts and discounts.
Dunelba apartments has a large fenced common garden, where children can freely play in total safety, and a reserved, covered, unattended car park.

The apartments are all equipped with a kitchen area (this is not the usual kitchenette in the living room) with fridge, complete set of pots and pans, bathroom with shower (and sometimes small bathtub), satellite color TV, private garden or terrace equipped with 2 deckchairs, umbrella, outdoor table and chairs, air conditioning and heating, free Wi-FI.
The "extra" type apartments are partly recently renovated, have color TV and are all equipped with air conditioning and heating.
The "superior" type apartments are partly renovated in their furnishings, recently renovated, always equipped with air conditioning and heating, color TV, the two-room apartment also has a dishwasher and the studio apartment has a washing machine and a large shading awning on the terrace.
The "top" type apartments have been recently renovated, with completely renovated furnishings, equipped with air conditioning and heating, color TV in the bedroom and living room, washing machine and dishwasher, large shading awning in the garden.
APARTMENT FORMULA
The rent includes only the use of the apartment itself with standard amenities without linen (can be rented on site). Air conditioning and/or heating must be paid separately and incur a daily supplement. The delivery time of the apartments is guaranteed by 6.00 pm, while the return is required between 8.30 and 9.30.
Final cleaning is mandatory; upon departure, however, once the apartment has been checked, in some cases it can be partially or totally discounted if the apartment is returned clean. It does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and pots which, if left dirty upon departure, will incur an additional charge.
Upon entry, the payment of a security deposit is required, which can be returned to the customer at the end of the stay once the integrity of the apartment, the cleanliness of the kitchenette (including dishes and pots) and the punctuality in returning the apartment have been verified. apartment, the absence of disturbance to the neighbourhood.
