Each apartment, approximately 28 sqm, features a double bedroom, a separate kitchenette, a hallway with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, and a furnished covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or simply relaxing while enjoying the magnificent sea view.

The price includes private parking, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen with weekly change, final cleaning, water, electricity and gas consumption, Wi-Fi connection, and access to the swimming pool of Residence Cala dei Peducelli.

The private beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Its use is not included in the accommodation price but is offered free of charge by the owners, subject to weather conditions and equipment availability. Each apartment is provided with one beach umbrella and two sun loungers.

Apartments are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival until 9:00 am on the day of departure. Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated to the property in advance.

Pets are welcome only upon prior approval by the Management. For hygiene reasons, they are not allowed in the swimming pool or in the common areas.
