The house is located in Capo d’Arco, an exclusive private residential estate of over 100 hectares, surrounded by nature and set within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. This peaceful, well-maintained and private setting is ideal for those who wish to experience the Island of Elba in a safe environment with stunning views and in close contact with the Mediterranean landscape.

The nearest town is Porto Azzurro, just a five-minute drive away, with shops, restaurants, services and its charming seafront promenade.

During the summer months, guests can enjoy the facilities of the estate, including beach amenities, swimming pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, self-service restaurant and mini-market. Several nature trails also run through the area, perfect for walks, bike rides or motorbike excursions to the surrounding areas.

The estate is fully fenced and access is reserved exclusively for residents and their guests, with a security service.

The House

The property offers a private parking space next to the entrance, independent access and a private terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

The interiors are comfortable and functional. The house consists of:

• living room;
• fully equipped kitchen;
• 2 bedrooms;
• bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The apartment also has a heat pump, providing both air conditioning during the warmer months and heating during spring and autumn.

The house is particularly suitable for guests travelling by motorbike: the private entrance is accessible by vehicle and a covered area allows motorcycles to be kept sheltered.

Sea, Pools and Services Nearby

Capo d’Arco has a private beach, also known as “Crocodile Beach” because of the distinctive shape of the rock that characterises it. The house is approximately 450 metres from the beach, reachable in about 10 minutes on foot or in 2 minutes by car to the private parking area near the pools.

During the summer season, four swimming pools are open: two freshwater pools and two seawater pools. Access to the pools is free for guests staying at the house; umbrellas and sun loungers are not included.

For lunch, a self-service restaurant is available near the seawater pools, while in the evening the restaurant and pizzeria near the freshwater pools are open.

Ideal Also Outside the Summer Season

The Island of Elba is a pleasant destination all year round. Its mild climate makes Capo d’Arco an attractive choice even outside the summer season, especially for those who enjoy hiking, mountain biking or simply relaxing in nature.

Near the house, a trail leads to the summit of Monte Arco, approximately 280 metres above sea level. The walk is easy, although suitable footwear is recommended.

Another destination that can be reached without using the car is Lake Terranera, located along the route towards Porto Azzurro: a picturesque itinerary through mineral colours, Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful views of Elba.

To ensure the best organisation of your stay, a minimum notice of 5 days is required for every booking.

Minimum stay requirements:

• 6 nights during high season;
• 4 nights during the rest of the year.

The final cleaning fee is always €110, regardless of the length of stay.

Four-legged friends are welcome: dogs are allowed, provided they are used to living indoors and respect the furnishings and the property.
