The original name of Hotel Gallo Nero is the result of the personal and original inspiration of Tonino and Rosa, parents of Loriano, the current owner of the hotel in Sant'Andrea. Together with his wife Sandra and their sons Gabriele and Matteo, he manages the hotel with warmth, professionalism and a welcoming family atmosphere. The reference to the rooster is symbolic: its crest recalls the impressive granite cliffs of Sant'Andrea, the renowned seaside village on the Island of Elba where the hotel is located.

The hotel was founded following the family's long-standing tradition. Continuously renovated over the years, it has preserved the authentic character of the area through a harmonious blend of country charm and seaside atmosphere. A true Mediterranean Country Hotel, it sits on a gentle hillside overlooking the Bay of Sant'Andrea. Comprising the main building and five detached cottages set apart from the central structure, the hotel offers panoramic views of the sea and the bay.

Surrounded by a 15,000-square-metre park, Hotel Gallo Nero is the ideal destination for a holiday immersed in nature. The property blends harmoniously into the sunny landscape. A charming path leads from the hotel down to the sea, winding through lush Mediterranean vegetation enriched with jasmine, bougainvillea, hydrangeas, bird-of-paradise flowers, banana trees, palm trees, mimosa and rose bushes.

Just a short walk from the main building, the cottages are surrounded by the tranquillity of the gardens and offer rooms with sea-facing terraces and balconies.

Each cottage has its own private entrance, ensuring guests complete freedom and privacy during their stay.

The hotel offers 29 rooms, located partly in the main building and partly in the cottages. Carefully renovated and tastefully furnished, all rooms feature a private bathroom (with shower or bathtub), air conditioning, minibar, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, direct-dial telephone, and either a balcony, terrace or private garden. Wireless internet access is also available.

A shaded parking space for one car or motorcycle is reserved for every room.
