The historic center of Porto Azzurro is located approximately 2.5 km away and can be reached by car or via a scenic coastal path running beneath the impressive Spanish Fortress overlooking the village.

Facing southeast, our garden is a natural terrace with spectacular views from sunrise to sunset. Overlooking the deep blue sea, it is filled with the fragrances of Mediterranean plants, creating a unique blend of colors and aromas to delight your senses.

Every corner of the garden offers a different view to enjoy throughout the day. The landscape has been carefully designed with gently rolling lawns, flowering flowerbeds, olive trees, broom shrubs, wild thyme, and a rich variety of Mediterranean vegetation displaying shades of green and silver throughout the seasons.

Apartments

All apartments enjoy sea views, are tastefully furnished, and feature either a private terrace or a fully equipped garden.

The sea can be reached on foot via two private walking paths leading directly from the Resort to Reale Beach (80 m) and Barbarossa Beach (600 m), both only a few minutes away.

The Beaches

Directly adjacent to the Resort lies Reale Beach, whose name derives from the Latin word rivus ("stream"). It is approximately 120 meters long and 22 meters wide, with a rocky seabed and shallow reefs that make it an excellent destination for snorkeling enthusiasts. The beach consists of fine gravel mixed with light-colored sand, offering a relaxed atmosphere popular with families and nature lovers.

Just a few meters away is Terranera Beach, famous for its distinctive dark, sparkling sand created by the presence of hematite and pyrite. Its reddish shades come from limonite and other iron oxides, making it one of Elba's most fascinating geological sites. Nearby is a former mining lake with dense, sulfur-rich freshwater, separated from the sea by a narrow strip of gravel, creating a truly unique natural landscape.

Also within walking distance is Barbarossa Beach, named after the famous pirate Aruj Barbarossa. The beach is composed of fine pebbles and stretches of sand, with beautiful rocky coves on either side, making it a favorite destination for snorkeling and diving. One of Porto Azzurro's best-known beaches, it is never excessively crowded during summer and is particularly appreciated by families and younger visitors.
